BWS Service:
After the training and installation of the solution, questions will arise about the use of the BWS solution. Help desk consultants will call you weekly for the first two months to answer any questions which you might have and to ensure that all is running smoothly. The support team are always available to answer and questions regarding Project-SalesAchiever®.

Maintenance:
Project-SalesAchiever® has regular enhancements and features added each year. The software maintenance service includes all these enhancements and any fixes.

Partnership:
As part of the BWS service, we will hold regular business review meetings to ensure that the solution is constantly being streamlined to meet the commercial needs of the business.
